II.1.5. Preparation of the catalysts by MW – CoCuZnGa-MW, CoCuZnGa-2MW, CoCuRhZnGa-MW, CoCuZnLa-MW, CoCuZnLa-2MW, CoCuRhZnLa-MW



All other catalysts were prepared in similar way how CoCuZnLa-CM, CoCuRhZnLa-CM,CoCuZnGa-CM and CoCuRhZnGa-CM catalysts with this different then after filtration and thorough washing with water, the precipitate of support was dried at 80 °C for 12 h, and finally heated by microwave at 350 °C for 30 min in nitrogen with 100 ml/min flow. This methods is to check how method of preparation could influence on catalysts reaction properties. For catalyst CoCuZnLa-2MW and CoCuZnGa-2MW were used double microwave treatment at 350 °C for 30 min each one in nitrogen with 100 ml/min flow.
After microwave heat all catalyst were impregnated in similar way like previous catalysts.
In this way we produced following catalysts:
CoCuZnGa-MW 15% Cu – 15% Co / 90% ZnO – 10% Ga2O3, using one time microwave treatment and impregnation in similar way like CoCuZnGa-CM catalyst.
CoCuRhZnGa-MW 15% Cu – 15% Co – 0,5% Rh / 90% ZnO – 10% Ga2O3, using one time microwave treatment and impregnation in similar way like K4 catalyst.
CoCuZnGa-2MW 15% Cu – 15% Co / 90% ZnO – 10% Ga2O3, using double microwave treatment and impregnation in similar way like CoCuZnGa-CM catalyst.
CoCuZnLa-MW 15% Cu – 15% Co / 90% ZnO – 10% La2O3, using microwave treatment onced and impregnation in a similar way as CoCuZnLa-CM catalyst.
CoCuRhZnLa-MW 15% Cu – 15% Co – 0,5% Rh / 90% ZnO – 10% La2O3, using one time microwave treatment and impregnation in similar way like CoCuRhZnLa-CM catalyst.
CoCuZnLa-2MW 15% Cu – 15% Co / 90% ZnO – 10% La2O3, using double microwave treatment and impregnation in similar way like CoCuZnLa-CM catalyst.
